Came here for 3 days, the hotel was excellent quality, it had DECENT location so close to the airport as well as shopping center. Liked every minute of being there, would be happy to recommend.

The staff here was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location was superbly close to Slipstream Sculpture.

Clean and modern hotel, favourable location to several very good restaurants. Neat and well-organised room, as well as ATTENTIVE staff. Great view, wonderful breakfast options with healthy options, the filter coffee. Excellent services, the private parking was available onsite. Everything great. Location right by Sao Paulo in the future and Avenida Paulista.

When come to night, the wifi seems to be unstable.

Comfortable room with a good working desk, ample closet space, fast (~11 Mbps) and stable internet connection. Small but good and well maintained gym open at almost all practical hours. Typical, good Brazilian breakfast. Very helpful staff. At walking distance from the Frei Caneca shopping mall and metro station.

Nothing important, but could improve the gym by adding drinking water and towells.

The rooms here are tidy with a nice working desk and the location is wonderful, situated in a neighborhood perfect for evening strolls.

The waiting time for the lift is little more then normal.

Great location in a charming neighborhood. Mind-blowing staff, always smiling and friendly. Super cozy and quiet room with excellent ventilation. The breakfast was jaw-dropping, offering a wide variety of healthy options. The wi-fi was super fast, allowing me to have uninterrupted meetings and work smoothly throughout my week-long stay. The hotel had all the basics covered, including a flat-screen TV, comfortable bed, and card-entry system. The dining facilities and bar were perfect for both meals and leisure time, and the staff's English proficiency made communication a breeze. an outstanding experience that I would definitely repeat.

Everything was outstanding: the room (clean, light, with all the basics, card-entry, minibar, writing materials, comfortable bed, good TV); nice dining facilities, with an attractive area also suitable for an evening meal; nice bar, so you could while away time there if you wanted to; excellent selection of food for breakfast; and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful (e.g. lending me an iPad on occasion when my smartphone wasn't working). And they spoke English, which made life easier for me as well as for other non-Portuguese speakers. For me, the Pergamon was the complete package and I'd definitely stay there again.
